In the Customer Service Centre each repaired product receives a
unique service report identifying any fault found, and all repair
actions are recorded onto a database linked to product design
departments in Japan. This means future improvements can be implemented in both product and component design and manufacture.
The Customer Service Centre working alongside the Customer Interaction Unit ensures that customer support – from first contact to fast return – Is managed under one roof.
